As a result, we were able to purchase the leasehold right, making it possible to construct an income-generating property instead of a detached house plot. Furthermore, considering Amagasaki City's parking requirement, we decided to construct two income-generating properties on the 120-tsubo (approximately 400 square meter) plot instead of one.
