EDGE RETENTION: ZT 0450 with CPM S35VN
Hi, this video was made to satisfy my curiosity and test the cutting ability of my ZT's s35vn. I was prompted to make this video after having seen a couple of videos on youtube and several posts online that have showed a below average performance for the zt s35vn knives. I just had to know if this was a widespread issue or an issue with a few individual knifes. I have owned this knife for over a year and it has served me well. I did not expect to have a very different result than what I have seen online, which is around 100 cuts, though i was hoping for closer to 200. The result surprised me. I followed the same procedure as seen in the edge retention tests of the Cedric and Ada channel.
