NORBLIN FACTORY - Most challenging revitalization project in the history of Soletanche Polska is finally open. Emilia Błach, Director of the Tender and Design Department, invites you to a video tour and a geotechnical journey through time. See how this facility was built and what tasks Soletanche Polska performed. The object is an engineering masterpiece and a true geotechnical quirk. The most difficult part of the project was the construction of the underground structure and the protection of the historic facades of the factory buildings, which were to be incorporated into the new, modernised structure. The result is a building that fits perfectly into the panorama of the modern city, while retaining its historical purpose. Norblin Factory is a mixed-use development that combines several functions. There are retail, office, catering and restaurant spaces. You can visit here the cult bio bazaar and the Polish film directors' guild is based here, together with the boutique-style cinema Kinogram, which has been very well received by the public.
