EasyJet Airbus A319-111 | Newquay to Inverness *Full Flight*

Cross Country route, from South West Cornwall right up to the Scottish Highlands onboard one of EasyJet's summer seasonal routes. The aircraft that operates this route starts its day in Gatwick, with a Gatwick based crew & performs the 4 sectors. LGW-INV-NQY-INV-LGW. This flight was operated onboard 11 year old A319, G-EZFU still with EasyJet's old interior and old seat design. The flight was actually very quiet, with just 46 onboard. So plenty of room to spread out and I had the row to myself which is always good. Unfortunately the Cornish mist had rolled in off the Atlantic at the time of departure from Newquay, so it was a little drizzly, with low overcast cloud during the climb. Routing took us up the west coast towards the Severn Estuary over Cardiff and central Wales, across North West England and beginning the descent over Glasgow, crossing the highlands & Cairngorms before turning onto approach into Inverness.
