My Birthday in Thailand 🇹🇭 Monsoon Valley Winery & Intercontinental Hua Hin with @danny_and_diggy

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY! This year I went to Hua Hin with ‪@danny_and_diggy‬ ‪@theroamingcook‬ and ‪@chuortrue‬ We stayed at the Intercontinental Hua Hin which is the NICEST hotel in Hua Hin, and also had tours of both the Monsoon Valley winery and vineyard. Despite the hot climate here, Monsoon Valley has figured out how to make amazing wine right here in Thailand!!! We were able to taste a bunch of wines at the winery then were also lucky enough to tour the vineyards and have a delicious 8 course wine pairing menu! It was so much fun to learn about how wine is made and compare all the different types - both fresh and bottled! We also had so much fun stomping grapes at the vineyard and seeing the gorgeous mountain views that are just a few hours away from Bangkok! While the vineyard and the Intercontinental were the highlights of our Hua Hin trip, we also had some more amazing food - both at a local Thai restaurant in Hua Hin as well as the fancy cafe Realm on the outskirts of Bangkok. Realm is owned by the Master Chef UK 2018 finalist - who ended up personally making me a birthday cake!
