DIY_Extracting Stripped Set Screw
I was removing a pin from the end of a hydraulic cylinder and the set screw had stripped. There are many ways to remove a stripped set screw but drilling is difficult because you don't want to drill through it into the metal the set screw is retaining. This video shows a quick and easy method that has never failed me and can be used to remove set screws from pulleys as well. Apologies in advance for the shaky parts of the video.
