Pakistan has issued fresh threats to India over the Indus Waters Treaty dispute. The latest threats were made by Pakistan's Climate Change Minister, Musadik Masood Malik, their Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar and key political figure Bilwal Bhutto Zardari. In the last week Pakistan has threatened to 'chop off hands' of those who stop its waters and even respond with nuclear weapons if India halts the flow of the water. According to the 1960 Indus Waters Treaty 80% of the water was going to Pakistan while India only kept 20%. New Delhi followed the agreement for decades despite Pakistan waging wars and sponsoring terror attacks against India.
