POV: Even on a Not-So-Busy Day, the Dishes Never Stop

After reading so many of your comments, I finally decided to change the way I wash dishes. Honestly… I think my old method really wasn’t the best. 😅 This time I separated the dirty side from the clean side, and I also managed to keep the incoming dishes and the clean dishes much more organized. It definitely feels cleaner and more efficient. There is still one problem, though. One of my coworkers, who jumps in to help during busy times, still believes the old method is much faster. Also, when I keep the spray station occupied, the cooks or other kitchen staff sometimes need to quickly rinse a dish, but they have to wait for me—or I have to stop what I’m doing and move out of the way so they can use it. So I’m still trying to find the best balance between speed, cleanliness, and making sure everyone in the kitchen can work smoothly. As always, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Do you think this new setup is better, or would you do it differently? Thanks for all the feedback—you’ve helped me improve a lot! 🙌 #dishwasher #dishwashing #restaurant #pov #kitchen #restaurantlife #asmr #workvlog #cleaning #foodservice
