Olivia: Miracles & Blessings

Olivia: Miracles & Blessings March 14 2008 - GL Ava and Olivia go to the beauty salon. She tells her daughter that it will only be a few weeks until she dies. Ava's shocked she brought her to a nail salon to tell her this. "I need my mother!" she cries. Later, Rick and the baby run into Olivia on Main Street. She holds the baby and he talks about what a miracle it is to have a baby. She doesn't believe in miracles and tells him that she only has a few weeks to live. He tells her again that miracles happen; he gave up on living but then he got Richard's heart. You never know when you'll get a gift. Olivia's already had two gifts, her daughters, and doesn't expect more. Rick asks if there's anything he can do. She just wants to hold the baby for awhile. Olivia goes up to her room and throws her pills out. Dinah walks in to ask for some things in her room. Ava storms in and lashes out at her mother for walking out as they were talking earlier. She reminds her mother that she taught her never to give up and to fight tooth and nail. Olivia points out that Dinah is standing there. She explains what's going on to Dinah and Dinah tells her she needs to live her life and let a man love her. "What if he doesn't love you back?" Olivia wonders. Later, she joins Emma for a tea party with Mr. Bear and tells her daughter that, someday, she will be "the bestest mommy ever". As Emma pours her some imaginary tea, Olivia explains that she may be going away and won't be able to come home. But she's taken care of everything and there are many people who love her.
