CYSO is a non-profit organization designed to foster a lifelong love of music in young musicians through an affordable, educational, professionally directed orchestra program. Founded in 1983 and led since 2014 by Music Director Robert Sage, now led by Mr. Matthew Keating since 2024. CYSO offers students opportunities to improve their musicianship through weekly rehearsals, twice-yearly performances, and an annual Concerto Competition. We are located in Claremont, CA. CYSO is sponsored by the Claremont Symphony Orchestra (CSO), a non-profit community orchestra providing FREE concerts to the public. Check out CSO's current concert schedule.
