1977 BMW R75/7: Episode 11 - Cylinder Heads Reconditioning

In this episode we show you how cylinder heads can be restored with simple tools. We started by de-carbonizing combustion chamber and valves. Also using Brook's techniques, we refinished bare aluminum to give it factory appearance. These techniques do not require vapor blaster and you can still achieve satisfactory results. We concluded this episode with valve lapping. Hope you will enjoy it.
