Gary Reflects on His Service to America's Heroes, Receives USS Midway American Patriot Award

On behalf of our very own Gary Sinise and everyone at the Gary Sinise Foundation, we were truly honored to receive the prestigious Midway America Patriot Award for Gary's life’s work of tirelessly serving our nation’s veterans and first responder communities. San Diego, and specifically the USS Midway, hold a special place in Gary’s heart. He and the Lt. Dan Band have played several concerts on deck, and we even launched the Gary Sinise Foundation San Diego Chapter on the famous battleship in 2021. The USS Midway team did a fantastic job hosting the special night celebrating Gary and his mission to serve our nation's heroes. Thank you, USS Midway Museum & Foundation; we are grateful for our long-standing alliance and look forward to a bright future serving the communities across San Diego.
