Dr. Wallenfang, OCDS draws from his 2017 book Human and Divine Being: A Study on the Theological Anthropology of Edith Stein in discussing the mystery and wonder of the human soul. For example, Stein writes that "In man we may equate core and soul since what makes up his individual being and shapes him inside and out is at the same time open in his inner life for himself and open for taking in the world spiritually."
