He specialized in gynecological oncology and studied general obstetrics and gynecology, as well as emergency medicine, internal medicine, surgery, and pediatrics. In 2013, he studied abroad at the University of British Columbia in Canada. He continued to serve as the president of Ladies Clinic in 2019. He participated as a medical doctor in the swimming events at the Tokyo Olympic Games. He participated as a doctor volunteer in the swimming events at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
