Ys VIII Review – I Finally Get the Hype (My First Ys Game)

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana is my first Ys game, and after finally playing it, I can see why this series has such a passionate fanbase. With fast-paced action combat, a mysterious island setting, and one of the best soundtracks I’ve heard in a JRPG, this game had me hooked.
