Rescuing a Washed-Up Willow: A Second Life as a Bonsai! - Yamadori

Hey guys, the days are getting longer, the temperatures are slowly becoming milder, and it’s almost time to go exploring in search of struggling little trees. During one of these walks, I found a willow that had been swept away by the water. The trunk is interesting. The roots are minimal, but willows root easily.
