Four track monster! | Fendt 936 Vario on Tidue tracks & unique 9m seedbed combination

This Fendt 936 Vario has been made even more impressive by the addition of four Tidue Amfibios tracks. In this configuration the tractor has an even larger footprint than conventional crawlers with two tracks. It is pulling a unique 9m wide seedbed combination. This consists of a home made trailed tool carrier frame with steerable axle. There are 3 three point linkages with Farmet Kompaktomat LK 300 seedbed cultivators in them. These implements can also be swapped for other machines such as sets of cambridge rollers. The axle of the machine is steered using John Deere RTK-GPS. The tractor is steered using Trimble RTK-GPS. We find this impressive combination hard at work on a 28 ha field preparing land for lucerne (alfalfa). It is pulled down in order to let the ploughed land dry.
