メダカ針子【稚魚】の育て方、メダカの増やし方　＠楽めだか

I believe the best way to raise fry is to remove the parents. This is because using the water the parents lived in already creates a fertile environment with beneficial microorganisms. When they hatch in this environment, there's basically always something for them to eat, making it a safe environment as long as they're kept in sunlight. Leaving them alone for about a week and then feeding them artificial food once they've grown a bit should allow them to grow properly. Personally, I think leaving them alone is fine. There are several points to consider, but I highly recommend adding ramshorn snails. Try buying at least one pair from a pet shop initially. They'll also break down leftover food. Adding too many daphnia can lead to oxygen depletion and food shortages, so it's best to add only a small amount once they've grown a bit and reached fry size.
