We then go to West Way which is maintained at the public expense, once again security tell us we cannot enter the private site to film. We advise them that the road is council adopted and that access to Pedestrians and Cycles is not restricted and we will be continuing. A short while later, many more ABP Port staff get involved and eventually the police arrive. Do the Police allow filming and flying the drone?
