Buying a flat as a first time buyer is likely to be one your most expensive purchases. It sure was for me when I bought my first flat in London. I saved for my deposits plus some extra (thank God!) - because sure I needed it all. I didn't quite appreciate how much all the little fees would add up to this big number. And I totally recall what an anxious process it was and you can never me enough prepared. So in this video I wanted to share the true costs of buying a house or flat in London as a first time buyer. I share bit of my story behind buying my first home and the exact numbers as was quoted in a letter sent by my solicitor.
