The second half of the 3rd Brevet/Permanent. Starting from Okamura Island on the Tobishima Kaido, I sped through the checkpoints at full speed. There were many points where I really wanted to take it easy, but this time I gritted my teeth and pushed through. Partway through, I seemed to understand how to use my body, and my backside and hands didn't hurt anymore. I felt like I had a tailwind and was making good progress.
