Besides the well-known "Shizgara," Shocking Blue has written and performed a ton of really good and pretty cool songs, and their covers have often become more famous than the originals. I've always been annoyed that this band is little known and, unlike the "mastadons" of 20th-century rock, is gradually being forgotten. So I decided to make a short video about Shocking Blue and Mariska Veresh – one of the most amazing female vocalists in music history (no kidding!).
