I Met The World's Rarest Horse (Turkmenistan)

In Turkmenistan, horses are so loved that they are considered a family member. They have a specific breed of horse, called the Akhal-Teke, which is only found here and it's one of the most unique animals I've ever seen! They are known for their speed, intelligence, endurance and ability to withstand extreme temperatures as they live in the desert. There are currently less than 6,000 Akhal-Teke horses left on earth, and I was lucky enough to visit 70 of them today in a small farm outside of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. More to come tomorrow from this fascinating country!
