I haven't actually found a reason to use FCC mode because the DJI mini 4K's signal is already strong and stable enough. If you really want to fly long distances, up to several kilometers, it's better to buy an FPV drone that's specifically designed for off-the-beaten-path flights. For this aerial drone, a stable signal range of 0 to 200 meters is more than enough, in my opinion.
