Fixing One of GLC's Biggest Problems (with Custom Cards)

I had a ton of fun working on this project, creating custom cards/sets is one of my favorite things to do. Gym Leader Challenge format has a bit of an issue with different type Basics locking the Evolution line out of playability because of the Monotype rule, so I decided to make some customs that help.
