Major change was getting 1 quick kill (so three zealots aren't permanently lost) then running all the way to the 1st bonus chest timer before continuing the combo. Results: Score: 413100 Kills: 346 out of 348 Bonus Kills: 40+41+42=123 There is room for improvement but it would require significant rework going to before the second bonus chest to save time needed for the remaining two kills.
