If you liked this video, Press the Like, subscribe button. thank you! ▼▼▼레시피가 궁금하시다면 더보기 클릭클릭!/Are you curious about the recipe?▼▼▼ 안녕하세요 누빗입니다! 오늘은 구데타마 머랭쿠키를 만들어봤어요♡ 구독자 슬튬님께서 종이컵 계량과 구데타마 캐릭터를 요청해주셔서 준비해봤어요 :) 베이컨 이불을 덮은 구데타마를 만들고 싶었는데... 베이컨 같아 보이시나요 하하 다음에 만들면 더 잘 만들 수 있을 것 같아요ㅋㅋ 다른 머랭쿠키에 비해 색깔이 적게 필요해서 만들고, 준비하기 수월했던 것 같아요ㅋㅋ 오늘도 시청해주셔서 감사합니다! 재료와 레시피 알려드릴게요 :) 재료 흰자 3개 설탕 2컵 (218g) - 흰자의 두배 바닐라오일 1ts 식용색소 노랑, 검정, 분홍 3 whites 2 cups of sugar (218 g) - double of egg white Vanilla oil 1ts Food colors yellow, black, pink 레시피 1. 흰자에 설탕을 넣은 후 섞어줍니다 Add sugar to the egg whites and mix them. 2. 중탕으로 50℃~60℃ 까지 온도를 높여줍니다 Raise the temperature to 50 ℃ ~ 60 ℃ with heat in boiling water 3. 휘핑기로 중고속 휘핑해 머랭을 만들어줍니다. 바닐라오일을 넣은 후 휘핑을 마무리해주세요 Whip in medium-high speed. After whipping, put vanilla oil and mix 4. 머랭을 나눠 식용색소를 넣은 후 섞어줍니다 Divide the meringue and add the food coloring, and mix 5. 머랭을 짤주머니에 담은 후 영상처럼 팬닝해주세요 Put the meringue in a forcing bag and squeeze it like a picture. 6. 90℃ 예열된 오븐에 2시간 이상 구워줍니다. 개인 오븐 사양에 따라 시간과 온도를 조절해주세요 Bake in a preheated oven at 194℉ for more than 2 hours.
