ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE SURFING THE URBNSURF SYDNEY INTERMEDIATE SESSION

Hey everyone! I’m Ed, and in this video, I’m sharing my intermediate left sessions at URBNSURF Sydney! If you’re planning to surf this wave or want to know what to expect, this video is for you. 🌊 I’ve surfed the intermediate wave a few times now, and I’m excited to share some tips and insights that might help you level up. I’ll break down the two wave settings in the intermediate session: The first 30 minutes: smaller waves with a mellow takeoff, perfect for practicing your pop-up and getting into position. The second half: waves get bigger with a steeper takeoff, offering more of a challenge and setting you up for those advanced turns. I’ll also go over positioning tips and strategies to help you catch the wave just right. Urban Surf is a unique setup with fresh water, so don’t worry if it takes a few tries to get the hang of it – there’s less buoyancy than ocean waves.
