This video shows you how to connect a hob. Here's an example with a voltage of 3x400V+N. The cable from the distribution board to the nose connection of your hob is preferably 5G6mm², so you're guaranteed protection for any voltage. For a voltage of 3x400V+N, a 5G4mm² cable is certainly sufficient. You can then protect the hob with a 4-pole 25A circuit breaker. For a 3x230V network, it's best to use a 5G6mm² cable to ensure protection. For a voltage of 1x230V, you can also use a 3G6mm² cable.
