This is an introductory video to learn about the Enneagram Type 3. Known as the Winner, the Performer, the Goal Achiever. This personality is extremely focused on achieving their results and life goals, directing their energy towards success, being a winner, surpassing themselves, and standing out from others. In their essence, they are very hardworking people who go all the way in pursuit of their dreams, overcoming challenges, and striving to reach the top. True to their talents and greatness, they inspire people to reach their full potential through their own example. Their biggest challenge is dealing with the feeling that they only have value as a human being if they are a champion, if they are in first place, if they achieve success, prominence, and if they are recognized in this way by others. Their life becomes a frantic and unbalanced pursuit of goals. They may come to believe that their worth lies in external achievements, and no longer in their own hearts, which they often try to set aside in order to achieve what they want. They may even abandon who they truly are, adapting to roles and characters in life that supposedly bring more success or recognition. Their challenge then becomes returning to their own hearts, remembering and being who they truly are, and being true to themselves.
