When Nothing Is Fixed Yet, Let God Give You Peace / Morning Prayer

When nothing is fixed yet, God can still give you peace. If you woke up and the problem is still there, this morning prayer is for you. Maybe the answer has not come, the door has not opened, the conversation has not been finished, the burden has not lifted, or the thing you prayed about yesterday is still sitting quietly on the table this morning. This prayer is for the middle place. The place between what you prayed for and what you have not seen yet. The place where hope and tiredness sit together. The place where your heart still wants the answer, but also needs God’s peace right now. In this quiet morning prayer, we bring the unfinished things to God. We ask Him to guard our hearts, steady our minds, and give us peace before everything is fixed. Not pretend peace. Not shallow peace. But the peace of Christ that can hold us in the middle. This prayer is rooted in the truth of Philippians 4, John 14, Psalm 46, and Isaiah 26. God’s peace can guard our hearts and minds. Jesus gives peace that is not like the world gives.
