Early morning from Manali, we started and crossed Atal Tunnel, Rohtang to reach the Lahaul Valley. Upon reaching Darcha, we took the road towards Zanskar Valley. Before reaching the Zanskar Valley, one must climb to the Shinkula Pass which will also grant the access to Ladakh region, leaving behind Himachal Pradesh. Few kilometers past Shinkula comes, the sacred Gonbo Ranjan. Things were going smooth. But, all of a sudden an unfortunate event occured which left Amit in a shock. The season ends with the glimpse that the motorcycle was recovered and ridden all the way to the highest motorable road in the world, in that very condition of the crash. Later, through Kargil we will enter Leh. Through KhardungLa we will visit various places in the nubra valley including Siachen War memorial. Later, Pangong Lake and Hanle. the highest motorable road in the world, UmlingLa Tsomoriri, Puga Hotsprings and Tsokar.
