Spring Jobs on My Italian Homestead | Pruning the Olive Trees + New Tool

Spring has finally arrived properly here in Abruzzo, and that means it’s time to start tackling some of the big seasonal jobs on my little Italian homestead. In today’s video I’m pruning the olive trees, a task that really should have been done a few weeks ago, but after a very wet and unsettled spring I’m finally able to get started. Olive tree pruning always creates a mountain of branches to clear, so this year I’m also trying out a gifted electric garden shredder from WORKPRO to help turn all those olive prunings into useful mulch. Join me for a peaceful and productive day in the Italian countryside with olive trees, mountain views, spring sunshine and plenty of homestead work. Thank you so much for watching and supporting life here on My Little Italian Homestead 🌿 This video includes a gifted product from WORKPRO, the Biotrituratore Elettrico da Giardino 2500W You can buy it here: https://www.amazon.it/WORKPRO-Biotrit... #olivepruning #italianhomestead #lifeinabruzzo Chapters: 00:00 Today's task 02:05 Tree inspection 04:19 Pruning 09:15 Woodchipping with WORKPRO garden shredder 12:58 Fertilising
