[I'm LIVE] THE VANE (더베인) & Paradise

Joining us on this week’s I’m LIVE is THE VANE, Chae Bo-hoon! THE VANE is Chae Bo-hoon’s one-man-band, who’s in charge of singing, playing the guitar, composing, and writing lyrics for the band’s music. Back in 2012, he took part in the MBC University Song Competition and took home the Silver Prize. This talented musician continued to show off his talents through many other music competitions, including the 2016 KT&C Band Discovery, the 2016 Shinhan Card Great Rookie Project, and the Korea Creative Content Agency’s K-Rookies in 2017, where he all won the Grand Prizes. What’s more, THE VANE took part in the music TV show “I Can See Your Voice” in 2015 and then “Duet Song Festival” in 2016 with Kim Yuna of Jaurim, making it a remarkable five wins. In 2019, he participated in “Super Band” as a member of Purple Rain, guiding the team to third place. '더 베인'은 보컬, 기타, 작사, 작곡을 모두 맡고 있는 채보훈의 1인 밴드로, 대학생 시절 참가한 2012년 [MBC 대학가요제]에서 은상을 수상하며 일찌감치 음악적 재능을 인정받았다. 이후 2016 [KT&G 밴드 디스커버리] 우승, 2016 [신한카드 GREAT 루키 프로젝트] 대상, 2017 [한국콘텐츠진흥원 K-루키즈] 최우수상을 수상하는 등 수많은 수상 경력이 증명하듯 평론가들에게도 평단으로부터 뛰어난 실력을 인정받았다. 또한 2015년 엠넷 [너의 목소리가 보여] 조성모편에 출연, 2016년에는 MBC [듀엣가요제]에서 자우림의 김윤아와 함께 팀을 이루어 5연승이라는 쾌거를 이루며 명예 졸업을 하는 등 대중적인 인지도를 넓히기 시작. 2019년에는 JTBC 슈퍼밴드에 출연하여, 퍼플레인으로 최종 3위를 차지하며, 이후 불후의 명곡 등 다양한 음악 프로그램에서 퍼플레인을 우승으로 이끄는 등 인상적인 활동을 이어가다가 2020년 6월 30일자로 현역으로 군입대를 하게 되었다. [I’m Live] 첫 출연인 더베인은 이번 공연을 통해, 군 전역 후 발표한 신곡 ‘Ocean’, 대표곡 ‘힘내 , ’우산’ 등을 선보일 예정이다. 더 베인의 무대는 6월 23일 13시 아리랑TV에서 감상할 수 있다. #더베인 #Paradise #THE_VANE
