Creative and sporting talent such as artists and athletes face a number of health challenges in their line of work that sometimes do not receive the rigorous attention and support they may need. In this episode, we take a look at a wellness programme titled Silapha which is an initiative by the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture aimed at the promotion of the wellbeing of artists and sportspeople in the country.
