Langstrath Beck, Cumbria
On the 8th June 2019 Gavin Hart, Simon I and Tony C managed to get on Langstrath Beck in heart of the Lake District. The becks water level rises and falls quickly so the opportunity to paddle the section in the summer months is very rare. Luckily we had a superb level, a joyous day of steep summer paddling was had.
