Concert Artist - Jakob Giles - Texas Guitar Society

Jakob Giles holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in guitar performance from the University of Louisville. He has performed with the U.S. Guitar Orchestra in New York and France and has appeared at festivals nationwide, including events in Louisville, Milwaukee, Buffalo, North Carolina, Missouri, California, and Quebec. He is the first recipient of the Marty L. Carroll Guitar Grant and has received scholarships to study at both the University of Louisville and the University of Texas at Austin, where he is currently pursuing his doctorate.
