Hotline Miami - Minor Characters 2

We've talked before about some Minor Characters in Hotline Miami, and how, even with limited screen time, they have compelling and even tragic stories. Well, there were a couple characters that were requested to be covered more in depth, so here are the stories of the Colonel (along with an alternate one), Charlie the Technician, and the Bum. Editing for this one is a little different because it was handled completely by my Bro, Andrew (aka BDS), so big thanks to him for making this for me! I hope you enjoy! Yeah, I know I said before that there would be no more "lore" or "story explanation" videos for Hotline Miami, but this is most likely the last one. I don't think I can scrape anything else out of the barrel for Hotline Miami... I'll be honest: this was made to get people to come back to the channel because we're going to be ramping stuff up here to hopefully grow even more.
