Getting to Your Position in a 4-2 Offense
We go into the overlap rules in volleyball; basically, where can I stand on the court before the server hits the ball? Then we show where you're going to stand and where you go when we're running a 4-2 offense (where we have 2 setters, each of whom set when they're in the front row to the other two front row players). We'll cover where you stand in serve receive, where you end up when we attack, and also where you stand when we're serving the ball. There's a lot of movement, and 6 total rotation combinations we cover, so take some time to soak it in! You can download a PDF that shows the positions we talk about in this video from here: https://www.thecodehub.ie/volleyball/... -- For more volleyball tips and tricks, subscribe to our channel: / @volleyballhub5414
