Vintage Shure 315 Ribbon Microphone

This week we look at a vintage Shure ribbon mic, the 315. Originally intended to be a vocal microphone, we test it on a bunch of instruments as well as voice in the studio. We put this mic up against the modern classic Royer R-121 microphone. Thanks to Danny Lamagna and Matt Garzilli for helping with the demos.
