Difficult to remember everything and realised that whilst I did fully lubricate the motor I didn't mention in the video!! WHOOPS! Also I demonstrate two methods of assessing the speed of the turntable spindle. Either method can be used throughout the speed calibration process. I simply used two in the video to give the alternatives. The digital tachometer , by the way, is not expensive. I bought mine off ebay for around £10 incl carriage.
