Two days in Sydney chasing seafood 🔥🇦🇺 On our first day, Joel (Blokes Can Cook Too) and I hit the brand-new Sydney Fish Market, which had only been open 11 days when we arrived. This place reportedly cost over $800 million to build — and yeah… it shows 😮 We smashed a two-foot prawn sandwich, tried fresh sashimi, shellfish, and soaked up the chaos of Sydney’s newest food hotspot. Day two, we took it back to the Airbnb and cooked a proper seafood noodle soup using crayfish and pāua brought over from the Chatham Islands, plus scallops and ingredients from a local Asian supermarket.
