Storage warehouse fire (UK) - BBC News - 2nd January 2019

I was going to report this local fire a few days ago, as it was a big fire in South London, but they occur around the world. However, about 2 days on, it was still on fire and being watered down, with thousands of people having lost their storage items. My sister went through there today, about 40 hours on and she didn't realise how huge the fire was and the building is gutted. She said it stank really bad, no doubt all those fumes from many items. She also was stuck in traffic as roads were closed and people were scrambling to find alternative routes, when the traffic actually moved, whist the firemen were still there putting water onto the huge wreck of a building, 40 hours on. You can get a scale of it from the images in this report. Update: Two men were arrested the next day, one detained for further questioning on suspicion of arson.
