Carol's Journey

I'm delighted to share that I’ve been working closely with ‪@worldcourier‬ on this new film that captures my journey from the early highs of my music career to the challenging lows of facing Hodgkin lymphoma. Throughout my journey, I've come to realise how crucial every component was in my journey to recovery. It was like assembling a jigsaw puzzle, where each piece - medical treatments, clinical trials, and logistical support - needed to fit perfectly together. The seamless coordination of these elements played a vital role in my recovery, ensuring that I had access to the right experts, right treatments, and at the right time. World Cancer Day was marked earlier this month and I hope to inspire others on their cancer journeys, as we all take a moment to remember the loved ones we have lost 💙 Thank you to everyone who has been a part of my journey. Your support has been invaluable, and I am grateful to be able to share my story with you all and hope to continue to do so all over the world in the many speeches that I do.
