Snow on the Cariboo Road

Snow on the Cariboo Road is a historical folk ballad inspired by the wagon drivers who travelled the famous Cariboo Wagon Road during the nineteenth century. Battling deep snow, mountain passes and dangerous winter conditions, these drivers carried supplies and connected remote communities across British Columbia's rugged interior. This song celebrates their resilience, determination and the spirit of the frontier.
