New Dyson Airwrap… Is it better?

The original Dyson Airwrap is currently not for sale anymore, but you will be able to purchase the newest re-engineered attachments hopefully soon for your original styler. So what did Dyson improve and why is it more expensive. Dyson Improvements: 1. The biggest difference or change are the new barrels to curl/wave your hair. Instead of having a right and a left for each size, you now have one barrel with a dial at the top to switch from right to left hair curling direction. Genius! Why couldn’t that do that from the beginning. There are 3 barrel sizes now: a. .08 inch, long and short version of a barrel b. 1.2 inch, long and short version of a barrel c. 1.6 inch, short and long version of hair curling barrel. 2. New Dyson Hair Dryer attachment 2x: a. smoothing/drying in one attachment, b. wide tooth comb attachmnet 3. New Dyson Airwrap has more power. 4. Coanda Effect is stronger - as part of their re-design Dyson has improved on making coanda effect work better. We have tested it against all other tools, including Shark flexstyle, and nothing works as good as the new Dyson curling barrels. 5. More attachments with more versatility. Many attachments have being consolidated into one attachment, which work even better than the separate attachments. 6. All dyson attachments are backward compatible. This is a very important point because you can buy new attachments and use them with the old Dyson base. We have tested all of them and they all work on older dyson version. I’m going to keep playing with the new attachments and see if there is a major difference and if it’s worth purchasing them.
