Nintendo Switch first stage boot max 77620 voltage rail checks

Finally, after locating several shorted components and replacing them... The Vsys short is gone. Now, I am using the documentation found at retro six wiki to check all the first stage boot voltage rails from the Max77620 (this is one of the ICs I replaced). Making good progress. Stay tuned for the second stage boot checks.
