Sunbeam Tiger or Alpine - Door Gap Adjustment

This will work for any Sunbeam Tiger to align the door or fix door gaps. I am restoring a 1965 Sunbeam Tiger and I needed to adjust the passenger side door before fitting new sill panels. This is the process I went through to make it happen. I was able to adjust the door gaps and set the door correctly without any need for shims or anything else. The key to the fitting is at time 3:00.0 This will work on an Alpine and maybe other British sports cars as they usually copied things like this. You will need to remove the door stop and a #4 Phillips head bit for your impact wrench to do this easily, but you can loosen the screws as you like. This is not the final fitting. The door catch can be moved to fit the back part of the door, and I will show that when I reassemble after paint. Enjoy and please subscribe.
