This is it: Christa Bauch's final outing in a women's bodybuilding competition. And she certainly did not disappoint, grabbing 5th place amongst a stacked lineup at the 1995 Jan Tana Classic. These shows were downright phenomenal, and even with so many premiere athletes, many of them got blown off the stage by Christa's superior muscle density. The German Muscle Sensation was 47 here, demonstrating that in bodybuilding, age means more years of packed on muscularity. We've seen it many times, that these women age like a fine wine in this sport, peaking in much later years than what is considered prime in other sports.
