! שלום חברים! היום אני מכינה אז׳ה! זה המתכון הראשון שהעליתי לפייסבוק כי בעלי ממש אוהב את זה! וככה התחלתי את ערוץ הבישול שלי! חובה לנסות! מתכון פצצה! 😋😍😋 מתאים לנשנוש או בתוך סנדביץ! קציצות בשר וירק 😋 (אפשר גם צמחוני- תראו בוידיאו ובמתכון) מרכיבים ומתכון מלא למטה 👇👇👇 Hi guys! Today I’m making my husband’s favorite recipe and it was the first recipe I ever posted! That’s how I started my cooking channel! Delicious Az’a!!! 😋😋😋 It’s fried patties made out of beef and veggies (you can also make it vegetarian. Watch the video and see recipe) Ingredients and full recipe in English listed below 👇👇👇 מרכיבים: חצי קילו בשר טחון 2 קישואים בינוניים 1 גזר גדול 2 תפוא בינוניים 1 בצל 2 ביצים צרור פטרוזיליה שטופה 2 כפות קמח גדושות תבלינים: מלח, פלפל, כמון מתכון: להוסיף לבשר 1/2 כפית פלפל, 3/4 כפית מלח ו- 3/4 כפית כמון לערבב ולתת לבשר לספוג את התבלינים בזמן שנדרש את הירקות לקצוץ בצל לקצוץ פטרוזיליה לגרד גזר, קישואים ותפוא לסחוט את כל הירקות מכל הנוזלים ולהעביר את הירקות לקערה נפרדת להוסיף פלפל ומלח לירקות לפי הטעם (לטעום) לערבב ביחד עם הבשר הטחון. לטעום שוב אם צריך להוסיף מלח. להוסיף שתי ביצים ושתי כפות קמח גדושות ולערבב להכין עם הידיים קציצות שטוחות ודקות. להכניס לשמן ולטגן משני הצדדים עד למראה שחום זהוב משני הצדדים. להוציא את האז׳ה לצלחת עם נייר סופג ולספוג את השמן משני הצדדים. להעביר לכלי הגשה ובתיאבון!!!! מאוד טעים גם למחרת אם שמים במקרר. מצויין לסנדביצים עם כל סוגי לחם! המלצות בוידיאו. מי שרוצה אז׳ה צמחונית - עושה אותו דבר רק בלי הבשר. צריך להוסיף עוד קמח בגלל שהתערובת רק של ירקות יכולה להיות מאוד מימית. ולהשתמש בכף כדי להכניס לשמן. בתיאבון!!! 🌸🌸😋😋😋 ספרו לי איך יצא לכם בתגובות! מקווה שאהבתם! ונתראה במתכון הבא 😀 קישור לקבוצה שלי בפייסבוק :   / 381529445574332   קישור לעמוד אינסטגרם שלי:   / cooking.brooklyn   הצטרפו לחגיגה! המון מתכונים, הפתעות ושידורים חיים בלייב! Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef Two medium zucchinis One large carrots Two medium potatoes One onion Two eggs One bunch parsley 2 full tablespoons white flour Spices: salt, pepper, cumin. Recipe: First add spices to the ground beef in a bowl. Add half teaspoon pepper, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 3/4 teaspoon cumin. Mix it together and let the meat sit for a few minutes while we chop the vegetables Chop the onion and the parsley Grate the carrots, zucchinis, and potatoes Squeeze all the liquids out of the vegetables (as shown in the video) and put them in a bowl Add some salt and pepper to the veggies and taste (to your liking) Mix all the vegetables with the ground beef. Add two eggs and two full tablespoons of white flour. Mix everything together Create little patties with your hands, make sure they are flat as shown in the video, and fry them on both sides until golden brown. Take out the patties on a plate with paper towel and dry up the oil on both sides. Then place the patties on a serving platter and Bon appétit! 😋😋🌸🌸 If you like the vegetarian version - just make it exactly the same way only without the beef. Add a little more flour to the mix, because the vegetables by themselves can be too watery. And use a spoon to put the patties in the oil. Enjoy!
